ground turkey

onion

garlic

Zucchini

Marinara
1 jar
handfuls of
spinach
2/3-1
bag
TJ’s brown rice quinoa pasta
Instructions
Prep the veggies, cook the meat in one pan and the veggies in another, heat up the sauce in a third saucepan.
Cook up the pasta as directed.
Add in the cooked veggies and meat to the sauce when done. Stir in handfuls of spinach if desired.
Pair with a salad and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
