Banana Oat Cookies
Three ingredient, super easy, and healthy cookies to make when you have some ripe bananas lying around.

Ingredients
2
ripe bananas
1/2
cup
peanut butter
2
cups
rolled oats
1/2
cup
blueberries
optional
1/3
cup
walnuts
optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F. In a medium sized bowl mash the two ripe bananas with a fork.
In that same bowl add in the peanut butter and rolled oats. Mix together.
Add in optional ingredients: blueberries and walnuts or chocolate chips
Place on baking sheet with parchment paper and press down slightly. (I made 11 cookies because I wanted them to be bigger).
Bake for 15 minutes, remove and let cool before eating.
