This is our go-to spaghetti dish. I love the combination of zucchini and a delicious brown rice pasta! I even throw in some spinach if I have any lying around. It completely masks the taste.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Zucchini
- 1 tomato
- Marinara 1 jar
- handfuls of spinach
- 2/3-1 bag TJ’s brown rice quinoa pasta

Instructions
- Prep the veggies, cook the meat in one pan and the veggies in another, heat up the sauce in a third saucepan.
- Cook up the pasta as directed.
- Add in the cooked veggies and meat to the sauce when done. Stir in handfuls of spinach if desired.
- Pair with a salad and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
