My ultimate FAVORITE pizza recipe. I love making this pizza in many different variations, but this is mostly how I do it:

Ingredients
- 1 TJ's sprouted grain crust
- 2 TJ's spicy chicken sausage
- 5-6 Mini bell peppers
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 handful Lettuce (spinach, kale or arugula)
- 8 slices Mozzarella
- 1/2 cup TJ's Organic tomato sauce
- Red pepper flakes optional
- Basil optional

Instructions
- Cut and sauté up all the bell peppers, zucchini, and the sausage. (Use as many as desired, I believe we used about 3 sausage links).
- Add the tomato sauce as a base, then layer with slices of mozzarella and scoop all the cooked vegetables and sausages to the very top.
- Add lettuce of choice (or even spinach) along with red pepper flakes and chopped fresh basil.
- Bake at 400F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. You may also choose to broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to get crispy edges and brown the cheese.
